Privacy / Account deletion

Delete your account and associated data.

LukAi users can permanently delete their account through the secure, verified deletion form. The form requires sign-in and confirmation of the email address that owns the account.

Open the secure deletion form

Applies to the LukAi mobile app (dev.lukai.mobile), account portal, IDE access, and linked services.

1. Delete through the app

  1. Open LukAi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account & Security, then select Delete account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

2. Delete through the web form

  1. Open the secure account-deletion form.
  2. Sign in to the LukAi account you want to delete.
  3. Type the account email exactly and accept the irreversible-deletion confirmation.
  4. Select Permanently delete my account.

The authenticated request is processed immediately. You are signed out when deletion completes.

3. Data deleted with the account

  • Account profile, sessions, verification tokens, and push-notification tokens.
  • API keys, paired Remote Agents, device pairings, and related security state.
  • Subscriptions, usage records, support tickets, and other user-linked application data.

4. Limited records that may be retained

We may retain the minimum records required for tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Access is restricted, and the records are deleted or anonymized after the applicable retention period.

5. If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@lukai.dev from the email address connected to the account. Include “Account deletion” in the subject. We will verify ownership before processing the request and may ask for additional non-secret account information. Never send your password, API key, or session token.
